Share
Buying for someone who loves coffee sounds easy. Then you remember they already own a grinder, a drawer full of gadgets and three favourite mugs. So what do you get them?
The best coffee gifts for coffee lovers are things they'll use every day, or something they wouldn't think to buy for themselves. That might be a bag of coffee from a new origin, a book that improves their morning brew, or a pair of socks with a moka pot on them.
We've picked our favourites below, with prices from £10.99. Every coffee here comes as whole beans or ground for the way they brew, and you can add each gift to your basket straight from this page.

Speciality coffee for coffee lovers who love sport
A bag of fresh speciality coffee is the simplest coffee gift there is. It gets used, it gets talked about, and if they love it you know what to buy next time.
Every Clubhouse Roastery blend is named after a sport, a player or a moment in the game, which makes it more personal than a supermarket bag. Every bag is roasted in Yorkshire and sent out within days of roasting. Here's one from each of our four biggest sports.
The Burnley Espresso (cricket)
£10.99 for 250g
Our tribute to Jimmy Anderson, the Burnley Express. It's a single origin from Indonesia with a huge body, low acidity and a bold, spicy aroma. It makes a great double espresso or flat white, so it suits anyone who likes their coffee with a bit of bite.

Allez Allez (cycling)
£10.99 for 250g
Named after the roadside cheer at the Tour de France. Coffee from Brazil and Guatemala gives a smooth, sweet cup with hints of pecan and maple syrup. Add milk and it turns into toffee and milk chocolate.

Fairway Fuel (golf)
£10.99 for 250g
A big, bold coffee with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. It's at its best as an espresso and stands up well to milk. One for the golfer who's on the first tee before most people are out of bed.

Ruck Roast (rugby)
£10.99 for 250g
A lighter roast that's smooth and sweet, with a note of plum. It's an easy-drinking cup that works well in a cafetière or filter, and a good pick for someone who finds dark roasts too bitter.

Moka pot gifts
The moka pot is the classic Italian stovetop coffee maker. It makes a strong, rich coffee on the hob with no machine needed. If the coffee lover in your life already has one, they'll love these. If they don't, start with the pot itself.
Moka Pot Coffee Socks
£11.99
Soft oat marl socks scattered with little silver moka pots, made by The London Sock Exchange. They're subtle enough to wear to work, and they come in a white gift box, so they're ready to wrap or drop into a stocking.
Size: UK 7-12 (EU 41-47).
Add to basket:
Bialetti Moka Express
from £33.99
The original eight-sided moka pot. Cup sizes are based on small Italian espresso cups, so a 3 or 4 cup pot makes about one mug of coffee. That's the size we'd pick for most people.
It works on gas and electric hobs, but not on induction. Pair it with any of the coffees above, ground for Espresso / Moka Pot.

Moka Pot Bike Valve Caps, set of 2
£14.99
A pair of tiny moka pots that screw onto a bike's valves, handmade by Captain Cap in Switzerland. A great small gift for a cyclist who plans every ride around the café stop.
Check first: they only fit Presta valves, the thin type found on most road and gravel bikes.

Coffee gift FAQs
What do you buy a coffee lover who has everything?
Go for something they'll use up, or something they wouldn't buy for themselves. A coffee from a new origin, a book that teaches them something new, or a fun extra like moka pot socks all work well.
Should I buy whole beans or ground coffee?
If they grind their own beans, choose wholebean. If they use an espresso machine or moka pot, choose Espresso / Moka Pot. For a V60, AeroPress or filter machine, choose Filter / AeroPress. If you're not sure, ground for cafetière is the safest choice, as most kitchens have one.
What are good coffee gifts for her?
Everything in this guide works for anyone who loves coffee, so think about how she drinks it. Allez Allez is smooth and sweet, and turns to toffee and milk chocolate when you add milk. A coffee book suits someone who likes to experiment.
Do you have a decaf option?
Yes. Nightwatchman Decaf is a chemical-free Swiss Water decaf with notes of dark chocolate. Read more in our guide to Nightwatchman Decaf.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Coffee is sent from our roastery, while the socks, the Bialetti and the valve caps ship directly from our suppliers, and books come from Bookshop.org. If you order more than one, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
