Return & Refund Policy

At Clubhouse Roastery, we take great care in sourcing and roasting our coffee to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards. As coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for reasons of taste or preference. Please review the details below for our return and refund policy, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Non-Returnable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a defect with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or faulty product Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or refund if deemed necessary.

3. Cancellations (Right to Cancel)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for non-perishable goods within 14 days of receiving them. This does not apply to any coffee or food-related products that have been opened or used.

To cancel your order, please notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving your goods. If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, which must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

4. Return Shipping

If you are eligible for a return, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the goods reach us safely.

5. Exceptions

  • Perishable goods (including coffee) are exempt from refunds or returns unless faulty.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they were faulty upon receipt.
